Vipassana This technique takes you out of your head
and into your body, says KRS Edstrom,

Locate it as specifically as possible. Now be willing to merge with the discomfort. The
point is not to force tension out of your body but to let it go. You may have to repeat
this technique several times on a specific spot, but each time you'll feel looser and more
relaxed.
